How much time do I need to set aside for this per week?
I do recommend that you plan to spend about 20-30 minutes or at least twice per week working through your coaching materials or reflection exercises. If you have question or comments about the material just reach out to me during my live office hours.
How long will I have access to the content?
Members get access to all of the coaching content, both archived content and new content, for as long as they are active members.
Will this work for me?
I don’t want you to feel like you have to keep something that isn’t working for you. The truth is, I know that these techniques will work for you as they have for others. All you have to do is follow them and make them a part of your life, one step at a time. If it doesn’t work then you can just cancel your membership.
How is the content delivered?
You’ll have a user log-in and will get access to our online membership site where all of the courses, downloadable documents, and all of the archived coaching videos are stored. Live coaching opportunities happen in our online meeting room, via Zoom, and the replays of those sessions are always stored in your membership account if you can’t make the session live. Questions for support and coaching can be submitted to Cynthia at any time either via email or through Slack.
