Downloadable Products

Because downloadable products are digitally delivered and non-tangible goods, we cannot offer refunds on any mp3 audios, workbooks, ebooks, courses, or any other downloadable virtual products. Thank you for understanding. Please shop wisely.

Membership Subscription Plans

You can cancel your membership subscription plan you are not satisfied. Please review your account and cancel before the next month as charges will apply if the membership is not canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Members are responsible for canceling and updating their membership. If you have any issues canceling your membership please email me prior to the next billing cycle as no refunds are permitted.

For annual memberships: This membership automatically renews after 1 year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 72 hours cut off. No exceptions

How To Cancel my Membership Subscription Plan

To cancel your subscription, please visit the account subscription page (My Account > My Subscriptions). Here you will see your active subscription(s) listed. Click the button next to the subscription you wish to cancel that says “View”. On the following page, navigate to the “Actions” row and click the button that says “Cancel”. A blue bar will appear stating “Your subscription has been canceled.” You will also receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not see these messages, you have not canceled your membership successfully. Please try again or send an email to cynthia@capriciouslee.com

*Refunds will not be issues on continued payments that are a result of an incomplete cancellation.

Individual Coaching

After you commit to individual coaching/mentoring we ask you to keep your commitment to the number of months or hours stated in your original agreement with your mentor/coach. If unforeseen emergency circumstances arise and you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the following is our cancellation policy:

For booked appointments

If you have to cancel your booked appointment, we understand. Please understand that once a slot is booked that it takes away from others, so if need be, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 14 days prior to your appointment time if you would like a refund. If you miss or cancel your appointment before the deadline, store credit will be awarded to your account to use towards rescheduling or for other store purchases.

Mentoring or Coaching Packages

Prepaid hours: Any unused prepaid coaching hours that remain as a result of the Client termination of the agreement will result in a refund of all unused prepaid hours prorated, minus missed appointments and a $150 processing and administration fee.

All termination requests by the Client will need to be requested via email to cynthia@capriciouslee.com 7 days prior to the next session.  Refunds will not be awarded for missed appointments.

Coaching Packages: The Client may terminate their coaching agreement up to 72 hours prior to the initial session for a full refund minus a $350-$500 administrative and package initiation fee for the cancellation of any coaching packages.

Any contract termination request made after the 72 hours after the first scheduled appointment, the Client will receive a refund minus a $450-$650 administrative and package initiation fee. No refunds will be awarded after 72 hours after the initial appointment as stated within the coaching agreement.

Please note that one time sessions are non-refundable.

Any unused services, mentoring, coaching, or otherwise, must be used within 6 months of purchase unless stated otherwise. If not utilized, the Client will not receive a refund for any unused services.

Group Mentoring, live Classes or Coaching

(Includes any group coaching option, live classes, and any group coaching option provided or led by an Associate Coach)

After you commit to joining our group mentoring or coaching program, class, or workshop we ask you to keep your commitment for the full term stated on the website and in the agreement depending on the length of the program you are enrolled in. If unforeseen emergency circumstances arise and you must discontinue the program  or can not attend a class at any point, you will have the

1) to participate in the next live class or coaching group without any additional charge

2) You may access the recording of the missed live session

No refunds will be given for these programs.

Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the event that a Mentor or Coach has to cancel a live virtual class, workshop, or booking due to any unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the event. If you can not attend the rescheduled event you may have the option to attend the next scheduled event or access the replay link for the missed live session.

No refunds or partial refunds will be awarded for any live access, course, or workshop session attached with membership as a recording of the event will be made available if the membership subscriber can not attend the rescheduled event.

All Other Products

If you receive a defective product (non-digital), we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*No refunds will be provided for digital products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cynthia@capriciouslee.com and send your item to 401 McNulty Street, PMB 521, Blythewood, SC 29016.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any unused services, coaching or otherwise, must be used within 6 months of the sign-up date.

*Store credit expires after 12 months, no refunds will be granted if store credit is not used within 12 months of it being acquired and is not redeemable for cash.
