In the last module, we’re going to be talking about a fundamental concept for high-achieving people just like yourself.

It’s the concept of having a recharge or a renewal phase in your life. 

This is something that a lot of people that are driven for success, people that are very goal-oriented and have a lot of stuff they want to achieve, very often forget to do.

How much time do I need to set aside for this per week?

I do recommend that you plan to spend about 20-30 minutes or at least twice per week working through your coaching materials or reflection exercises. Contact me during my live office hours if you have questions or comments about the material.

How long will I have access to the content?

Members get access to all archived and new coaching content for as long as they are active members.

Will this work for me?

It would be best if you didn’t feel like you must keep something that isn’t working for you. The truth is, I know that these techniques will work for you as they have for others. You must follow them and make them a part of your life, one step at a time. How is the content delivered?

You’ll have a user log-in and will get access to our online membership site, where all of the courses, downloadable documents, and archived coaching videos are stored.
