Membership Subscription Plans
If at the end of your 14 day free trial of your membership subscription plan you are not satisfied, please feel free to cancel. At the end of the 14 day free trial, you will be charged for the full amount of the membership subscription plan at the full non-refundable rate specified. If you do wish to cancel your subscription after the 14 day free trial you are required to take action before the 14 day grace period.
For annual memberships: This membership automatically renews after 1 year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is cancelled within 72 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 72 hour cut off. No exceptions
How To Cancel my Membership Subscription Plan
To cancel your subscription, please visit account subscription page (My Account > My Subscriptions). Here you will be see your active subscription(s) listed. Click the button next to the subscription you wish to cancel that say “View”. On the following page, navigate to the “Actions” row and click the button that says “Cancel”. A blue bar will appear stating “Your subscription has been canceled.” You will also receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not see these messages, you have not canceled your membership successfully. Please try again or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Refunds will not be issues on continued payments which are a result of an incomplete cancellation.
(Including Home Study, online mentoring packages and any package with an Associate Mentor/Coach or with Lee Signore)
After you commit to individual coaching/mentoring we ask you to keep your commitment to the number of months or hours stated in your original agreement with your mentor/coach. If unforeseen emergency circumstances arise and you must cancel, the following is our cancellation policy:
For booked appointments
If you have to cancel your booked appointment, we understand. Please understand that once a slot is booked that it takes away from others, so if need be, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 14 days prior to your appointment time if you would like a refund. If you miss or cancel your appointment before the deadline, store credit will be awarded to your account to use towards rescheduling or for other store purchases.
Mentoring or Coaching Packages
The Client may terminate their mentoring or coaching agreement up to 72 hours prior to the intake session for a full refund minus a $75 processing fee for the cancellation. All termination requests are required to make the request via email to email@example.com prior to the intake session. Refunds will not be awarded for missed appointments.
Any contract termination request made after the 72 hour cancellation deadline and prior to the intake session, client will receive a refund minus a $150 package initiation fee.
The Mentor or Client may cancel this agreement after the intake session has passed and must provide a 14 day written notice (may be via email) of cancellation request. The Mentor will refund any used hours prorated, minus a $350 – $500 package initiation and administrative fee (initiation and administrative fee depends on the selected package). Please note that one time sessions are non-refundable.
Any unused services, mentoring, coaching, or otherwise, must be used within 6 months of sign up date.
Group Mentoring, live Classes or Coaching
(Includes any group coaching option, live classes and any group coaching option provided or led by an Associate Coach)
After you commit to join our group mentoring or coaching program, class, or workshop we ask you to keep your commitment for the full term stated on the website and in the agreement depending on the length of the program you are enrolled in. If unforeseen emergency circumstances arise and you must discontinue the program or can not attend a class at any point, you will have the option 1) to participate in the next mentoring, live class or coaching group without any additional charge or 2) you may will receive store credit to use towards a purchase towards purchase with our store or for mentoring or coaching packages. If you choose the participate in the next group option, and your payments are set up in installments, your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance and a space will be held for you in the next group. If you choose using the credit option, contact us immediately to discuss enrolling in another program. If you choose the participate in the next group option, contact us immediately so we may hold your space in our next group. No refunds will be given for these programs. We hold your slot in our groups and turn others away in order to hold your space.
For multi-month or multi-day programs only (does not apply to Career Intensives, one time virtual classes, one month or one time programs): Cancelling before the group begins: Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of registering for mentoring or coaching and are subject to a $75 processing fee for the cancellation of your slot, processing the refund, administrative fees and any materials you may have already received in any form. No refunds will occur after this period or for any missed appointments.
Resume, Mock Interviews and Cover Letter Services
Due to the nature of the services provided with resume, mock interviews and cover letter packages, there are no refunds for these packages or individual purchases with any of the mentors or coaches on our team.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the event that a Mentor or Coach has to cancel a live virtual class, workshop, or booking due to any unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the event. If you can not attend the rescheduled event you may have the option to attend the next scheduled event or request a full refund (refunds will be granted only if an MP3 recording of the reschedule event will not be made available).
No refunds or partial refunds will be awarded for any live access, course, or workshop session attached with membership as an recording of the event will be made available, if the membership subscriber can not attend the rescheduled event.
All Other Products
If you receive a defective product (non-digital), we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 126 Neff Street, PMB 368, Wahiawa, HI 96786.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Store credit expires after 12 months, no refunds will be granted if store credit is not used within 12 months of it being acquired and is not redeemable for cash.
